By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms stated in this Shipping Policy.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 8–14 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • In case of bulk or customized orders, processing time may take longer, and customers will be notified via email or phone.

Shipping Partners and Methods

We collaborate with reliable courier and logistics partners to ensure secure and timely delivery.

  • Delivery Partners: India Post, Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, or other reputed courier services.

  • Modes of Shipping: Standard and Express delivery (where available).

  • Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time for all standard shipping orders across India is 8 to 14 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier service availability, local postal conditions, or other logistical factors. Currently, express shipping is not available. Please note that these delivery timelines are indicative and may be subject to delays caused by weather conditions, courier issues, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment.

  • Free Shipping may apply on select products or promotional orders as specified on the website.

  • In case of multiple items, we may combine shipments whenever possible to reduce costs and packaging.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

You can track your shipment directly through the courier partner’s tracking portal or by reaching out to our support team at jayawixventures@gmail.com.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

Orders may be returned to us if:

  • The address provided is incomplete or incorrect.

  • The delivery partner is unable to reach you after multiple attempts.

  • The recipient refuses to accept the order.

In such cases:

  • We can re-ship your order upon request (extra shipping charges may apply).

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting actual shipping and handling charges.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete order, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing jayawixventures@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging

Our support team will investigate and offer a replacement or refund as per the situation.

International Shipping

Currently, JayaWix Ventures ships only within India.

We plan to expand international shipping in the future — any updates will be reflected in this policy.

Address Modification

Address changes can be made only before shipment.

Once dispatched, no modification or redirection is possible. Please verify your address carefully during checkout.

Delays and Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Natural calamities

  • Transport strikes or disruptions

  • Government restrictions or lockdowns

In such events, customers will be informed promptly, and we will make every effort to deliver the order at the earliest possible time.
