Cancellations & Refunds Policy

At JayaWix Ventures, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with high-quality handmade cotton wicks and related products. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel an order or request a refund.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.

  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via email at jayawixventures@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

  • If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The order was cancelled successfully before dispatch.

  • The product was lost in transit and confirmed by the courier partner.

To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant details and supporting photos/videos (if applicable).

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • The product was used, tampered with, or altered after delivery.

  • Cancellation request made after shipment or after the 24-hour cancellation window.

  • Minor variations in product color, texture, or fragrance due to the handmade nature of our products.

  • Failure to provide adequate proof for damaged or defective products.

Refund Process

  • Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

Replacement Policy

In cases of damaged or incorrect items, you may choose to request a replacement instead of a refund.

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The replacement product will be shipped once the returned item (if applicable) is received and verified.
